Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania – Transfer to Your Pre-Safari Lodge

Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your pre-safari lodge in Moshi. As you travel through the scenic landscapes at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, you will get your first glimpse of Tanzania's beauty and hospitality.
After check-in, you will have time to relax and recover from your journey. Later, your safari guide will provide a comprehensive safari briefing, covering the itinerary, wildlife expectations, safety guidelines, and important travel information to ensure you are fully prepared for your upcoming adventure.
Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge in Moshi, surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of northern Tanzania.

Day 2: Day hike to Shira Plateau – Mount Kilimanjaro

This morning, between 07:00 AM and 08:00 AM, you will be picked up from your lodge and begin a scenic drive to Londorossi Gate on the western side of Mount Kilimanjaro. The journey takes you through the beautiful West Kilimanjaro Forest Reserve, offering stunning views of the mountain and surrounding wilderness.
After completing park formalities at Londorossi Gate, you will continue by vehicle into the national park to the Morum Barrier (approximately 3,400 meters above sea level), where your hike begins. The trek, lasting between 2 and 4 hours depending on your pace, traverses the spectacular Shira Plateau, one of the highest plateaus in the world.
As you walk through the heather and moorland zone, enjoy breathtaking views of the volcanic landscapes between the Shira and Kibo peaks, part of the mighty Kilimanjaro Massif. Along the way, you may encounter unique alpine vegetation, a variety of birdlife, and on clear days, panoramic vistas stretching across northern Tanzania. Highlights include the picturesque Engare Nairobi Stream and the impressive Shira Cathedral, a dramatic volcanic formation rising from the plateau.
A picnic lunch will be served amidst the stunning mountain scenery before you begin your descent back to the Morum Barrier. After the hike, you will drive back to your lodge, arriving in the late afternoon with unforgettable memories of your Kilimanjaro adventure.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart from Arusha and embark on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania's most spectacular wildlife destinations. The park is renowned for its vast elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife habitats.
Upon arrival, enjoy an exciting game drive through the park's varied landscapes, including open savannahs, acacia woodlands, seasonal swamps, and the life-giving Tarangire River. This permanent water source attracts an abundance of wildlife throughout the year, making the park a prime location for exceptional game viewing.
Keep your camera ready as you search for large herds of elephants wandering among the ancient baobab trees. You may also spot lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and a variety of antelope species. After breakfast, depart for the world-famous Serengeti National Park, traveling through the breathtaking Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, enjoy spectacular views of the Ngorongoro Highlands and the vast plains that stretch toward the Serengeti ecosystem.
Upon entering Serengeti National Park, embark on an exciting game drive through Tanzania's oldest and most celebrated national park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its extraordinary wildlife and endless savannah landscapes. Following a picnic lunch, begin your journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you travel through the vast Serengeti plains, continue to enjoy wildlife sightings and spectacular landscapes before ascending into the lush highlands of Ngorongoro.
The drive offers stunning views of rolling hills, volcanic formations, and the surrounding wilderness. Upon arrival in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you will have time to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of your lodge or camp, located on or near the crater rim.
