5 DAYS TARANGIRE, NGORONGORO & SERENGETI (WARTHOG)

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your pre-safari lodge in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you can relax and recover from your journey before receiving a safari briefing from your guide. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay as you prepare for your upcoming adventure.

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its massive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a full-day game drive across the park's varied landscapes. Look out for lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, leopards, and a wide variety of bird species. A picnic lunch will be served inside the park before continuing your wildlife viewing adventure. In the late afternoon, drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart for the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Travel through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands and enjoy wildlife viewing en route as you enter the endless plains of the Serengeti. Spend the afternoon on a game drive, searching for predators and other wildlife that make this park one of Africa's premier safari destinations.

Enjoy a full day exploring the vast plains of the Serengeti. Your guide will take you to some of the best wildlife-viewing areas, where you may encounter lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many other species. Depending on the season, you may also witness part of the Great Migration at central Serengeti. After a day of incredible wildlife encounters, return to your camp or lodge for dinner and overnight. After breakfast, enjoy a half-day game drive in Serengeti National Park, giving you one last opportunity to explore the park's vast plains and spot its incredible wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and other resident species. After lunch, depart Serengeti and travel through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands, enjoying wildlife viewing en route. Arrive at the rim of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in the late afternoon, where you can take in breathtaking views of the crater below before settling into your lodge or camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. Often referred to as Africa's Eden, the crater is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, hyenas, and the endangered black rhino. Enjoy excellent wildlife viewing against the backdrop of one of the world's largest intact volcanic calderas. After a picnic lunch at a scenic site within the crater, ascend the crater walls and begin your journey back to Arusha. Arrive in the late afternoon for drop-off at your hotel or transfer to the airport for your onward flight, marking the end of your unforgettable Tanzanian adventure.
